The firm Bodegas Sanviver located in Madrid has been awarded the prize Trends & Innovations, in the X SIAL Fair in China thanks to its original product Mojifresh, the alcohol free mojito.

The main objective of Bodegas Sanviver, S.L is to obtain the optimal product using the most traditional artisan processes without compromising the advantages modern technology offers.

With a total working area of 1500 square meters together with a 3.5 million liter annual production capacity, Bodegas Sanviver, S.L is the only vermouth, sangria, wine, mojito and coktails free alcohol producer in the community of Madrid. For this reason, Promomadrid, the promoting body for the internationalization of Madrid based firms has not hesitated in providing us with their support at this fair.

The Trends & innovation prize, which has been awarded for the last six years at the SIAL China, gives exhibitors the opportunity to introduce their products to the food, drink and hotel & catering trade.

The product is chosen using several criteria: the novelty value in the Asian market, its innovativeness and beneficial advantages to the consumer. The SIAL China fair was held from May 19 to the 21st in Shanghai. A total of 1,339 exhibitors from 76 different countries participated and more than 30,500 visitors attended.
